RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES
RETURNS will only be accepted under the following conditions:
FAULTY PRODUCT:
If you have received a faulty product please notify us via info@modaeyewear.com.au within 7 days of receiving the item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item (within Australia).
You will cover the postage return costs and we will send you your new style.

After 14 days all sales are final and non refundable, unless the item is proven faulty, and the consumer has followed the above requirements.
ALL SALE/DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL and cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
